Since I do live in the DR already over 23 years I have met many people with lots of questions about the way of living here.

There are ups and downs, like everywhere, but it is a little Paradise..

The beaches, each one special, the weather, the friendly people, just to mention some

reasons to visit the DR or even to relocate. No other Caribbean Island lets you in so easy.

And: it is still the cheapest of the complete Caribbean to invest.

There are amazing homes and condos, there are good health insurances, doctors and clinics.

Most important: the Government is steady and there are no hurricans hitting this island.

I bought my house in 1999 and do live there with all of my pets happy.

I personally prefer the North Coast, only 10 minutes drive to the International Airport of Puerto Plata,

but just minutes drive to Sosua Center or Cabarete and my favorite restaurants.

Each beach in the Dominican Republic is just beautiful.

If you are a golf player, just want to relax or want to live in paradise……

Another reason to have a home here on the North Coast. I am working for a well-known Real-Estate Company on the North Coast.
